什菌火锅面
材料:香菇、平菇、蒿子杆、木耳、羊肉片、挂面
作法:
把蘑菇切丝,木耳摘成小朵,蒿子杆摘洗干净,切两刀。
锅作水,水开后,放入鸡精或高汤料、姜片。再开后,放入挂面。
等挂面5成熟的时候,把香菇丝、平菇丝放入。加入蒜蓉(多放一些会很好吃)、木耳。
等挂面基本全熟了以后,放入羊肉片,变色后,放入蒿子杆。等菜变软、变色后,放入盐调味,即可出锅。
