银耳莲子雪梨羹
用料:银耳,莲子,梨,枸杞,冰糖
作法:
银耳泡发,洗净摘成小朵。
汤锅作水,水开后放入银耳。
再开后,放入莲子(要事先浸泡)
在银耳煮1小时后,放入梨块和枸杞。
再煮一小时,放入冰糖,等完全融化后,即可。
