香菇油菜
用料:油菜、香菇
A料:水淀粉、糖、盐、鸡精
做法:
油菜洗净,热水汆熟,码盘。
香菇洗净、去蒂切丝。
炒锅放油,热后放入香菇丝,煸炒至香菇出水变软,放入A料收汁,淋在码好盘的油菜上。
