    什菌汤

    0603-什菌汤

    用料:海带丝、粉丝、香菇、口蘑、金针菇、豆腐、油菜心、魔厨高汤

    做法:

    • 香菇洗净,切去蒂部,划出花刀。金针菇洗净切去根部。口蘑洗净后切开。豆腐切成小块。
    • 锅中放入热水,大葱段和姜片,大火烧沸后放入魔厨高汤。
    • 等再次烧沸后放入海带丝、粉丝、香菇、金针菇、口蘑、豆腐块和油菜心,转小火煮制10分钟。
