肉沫小白菜
主料:肉沫,小白菜
调料:葱、姜、蒜、糖、盐、鸡精
作法:
把小白菜用热水汆一下,码盘。
炒锅放油,油热后,放入葱姜蒜,煸出香味。
放入肉沫,翻炒。等肉沫变色后,淋些料酒和生抽。加入糖。
取一小碗,调水淀粉,放入盐和鸡精。倒入锅内翻炒至收汁。出锅淋在码好盘的小白菜上。
