    咖哩牛肉

    0603-咖哩牛肉

    主料:牛肉500克,咖哩卤

    辅料:胡萝卜,土豆,洋葱

    作法:

    • 牛肉切小块,用热水汆一下,洗去血水。然后拿高压锅白水煮15-20分钟。
    • 炒锅放少许油,油热后,放入洋葱块,煸炒出香味。放入胡萝卜块、土豆块,炒5分钟。
    • 把牛肉块放入锅内,加入肉汤,没过所有的料。大火烧开后,小火煮10分钟,放入咖哩卤。此时要注意不断搅拌,以免糊锅。再煮5分钟就差不多了。
